By accessing or using Trelay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trelay provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that allows you to access third-party AI models through a single endpoint and API key.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Do not share it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Billing is pay-as-you-go based on token usage. Any free credit is provided for evaluation purposes only. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) submit sensitive personal data such as medical, financial, or identity information; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service; (d) resell or redistribute the service without authorization; (e) use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Your prompts and responses are transmitted to upstream model providers, including DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi and others. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not wish to share with those providers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
